TEN YEARS AGO: Group of students collect honours after making the grade at Skegness kickboxing club

Fifty-seven students were graded by third dan black belt instructors Ross Flay and Lee Foley, and ranged from white to brown belts.

Twelve students from the little ninjas class took their first grading and earned their white belts.

Lee said: “Overall, the standard of the grading was high and is a credit to the effort the students have put in.”
