TEN YEARS AGO: Pupils in Sleaford stage end-of-term show, while others in Heckington claim county gardening award
Here are two photographs that appeared in the Sleaford Standard 10 years ago this week.
Pictured are Year Six pupils from Sleaford’s William Alvey CofE School dressed for their end-of-term production of The Pirates of CurryBean.
In the other picture are members of the St Andrew’s CofE Primary School gardening club, in Heckington.
That year, the group had been rated first in a competition held by the Lincolnshire Schools Gardening Trust to find the best maintained school grounds.
