TEN YEARS AGO: Skegness school welcomes new library and learning centre

In addition to books, the facility would offer internet access, an additional teaching area, and floorspace for drama.

Construction began in the autumn of 2009, but faced several delays due to the extreme weather encountered over winter and rainfall that followed.
