TEN YEARS AGO: Spilsby gymnasts impress in county competition
Gymnasts from Spilsby Primary School impressed in a Lincolnshire-wide competition 10 years ago.
About 175 competitors from across the county converged on Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School, in Horncastle, for the schools’ floor and vault championship.
Spilsby fielded 20 competitors in the individual and team competitions, collecting a number of honours.
The girls received their medals in a school assembly, before putting on a display for their fellow pupils to enjoy.
