TEN YEARS AGO: Spilsby Youth Centre holds latest awards evening

The event was held to celebrate the achievements of young people, but also acted as a showcase of their talents.

A number of special awards were also presented to members of the community; local police community support officer Phil Pollard received an award at the request of young people at the centre for his efforts to build positive working relationships with the children, while Martin Wharmsely was awarded for his work supporting the Duke of Edinburgh awards group.
