The Lincolnshire MG car club has chosen Gunby Hall and Gardens as the destination of several routes for their members this year, concluding in a lovely day out at the National Trust property near Spilsby.

Many classic MG cars will arrive at Gunby at around 11.30am and be parked together on the impressive circular drive in front of the house and in a designated area near the entrance.

Visitors will be able to see the cars close up and chat to the drivers.

Three floors of the house and eight acres of spring gardens will also be open, with drinks and treats being served in the tea-room.

‘We love welcoming classic cars to Gunby,” said Visitor Experience Manager Astrid Gatenby.

“The Gunby drive seems to be made for them.

“Our visitors enjoy having photos taken with the vehicles and meeting the drivers to find out more about their cars.”

Gunby Hall and Gardens will be open to visitors from 11am to 5pm.
