On Saturday, April 8, Arts NK is offering family friendly activities between 11am and 1pm at The Nettles, adjacent to Sleaford Leisure Centre, along the riverside path to Cogglesford Mill.

There will be the chance to try willow-weaving and cynatope printing, creating photo prints using sunlight.

It also includes the launch of the When In Sleaford Arts and Heritage Trail, featuring 18 detailed cast bronze roundels inspired by the town’s heritage.

Artworks map out pathways around the town, leading to historical sites and green spaces.

Families can complete a sticker trail, and children who collect all the stickers by 4pm will win a sweet treat.

Maps and stickers can be collected from the National Centre for Craft and Design (NCCD), Cogglesford Mill, Sleaford Museum and Navigation House.

Activities will move to Unit 9 in Navigation Yard if it is bad weather.
