Their whistle-stop musical tour takes in Cuba, Congo, Kentucky and much, much more.

Beside strong vocals and harmonies, their instruments are equally varied - sax, clarinet, guitar, banjo, flute, ukelele - and even a suitcase!

Closer to home, Mambo Jambo have appeared twice at the Shetland and Sidmouth Folk Festivals and regularly perform at the Musicport and Beverley Festivals.

Froots Magazines described them as ‘an extremely listenable criss-crossomg of world music boundaries,’ while Jim McLaughlin of the Musicport Festival said: “The sheer enthusiams and joy of their music along with their great stage presence combine to create an act that will undoubtedly go down a storm wherever they play.”

Mambo Jambo will be at Trinity Arts Centre, Gainsborough on Saturday 29th October.

Tickets are £8 - £10 and are available by calling 01427 676655 or visiting www.trinityarts.co.uk.
