Headlining is Anthony King with his droll deadpan humour and sharp one-liners.

He was thrown out of the Catholic Church for confessing in too much detail and decided to turn to comedy.

His mix of stand-up, dark, dry, silly and disturbing songs are both amusing and intriguing.

Supporting will be Perrier Award Nominee Simon Bligh, who works all over the world and has made several appearances on TV and Radio.

His cheerful chatty style and crazy storytelling immediately strike a chord with his audiences keeping them absorbed.

His friendly demeanour is mixed with a fast-paced performance of unadulterated comedy and accurate observations.

Completing the line-up will be the deadpan Peter Brush, who returned from last year’s Edinburgh Festival following a successful debut show.

He was also a finalist in the BBC New Comedy Award 2013.

Sometimes referred to as a geek, his mind seems to find the oddities in ‘normality’.

His imaginative use of words and strange lines of thought, results in unique and sharp material.

Compere for the night will be the lively and genial Spiky Mike.

The evening takes place on Friday, April 29 at 8.30pm (doors open 7pm).

Tickets are £10 in advance at www.funhousecomedy.co.uk
