Mary Clarke was able to enjoy the day with her son and daughter-in-law, Johnny and Susie Epton, in the secure visiting suite at Syne Hills Care Home.
Originally from Chesterfield, Mary was born in 1920 into a big family with four brothers and a sister.
She moved to the Winthorpe area where she lived there for over 60 years.
In 2017, she moved to Syne Hills Care Home.
Since celebrating her 100th birthday last year and surviving Covid 19, she has recently been vaccinated..
Cheryl Curtis, of Syne Hills, said: "She was able blow out her candles, do a little of the alphabet backwards and still enjoys her chocolate and Baileys."
Mary says she has had a lovely life and has been able to enjoy it with her son, daughter-in-law and four grandchildren.
