Festival poetry competition gets underway

THE Spirit of the Marsh poetry competition is open for entries.

The weekend festival, set for Saturday and Sunday July 23 and 24 has begun its annual competition, and is looking for readers of the Leader to send in their best poems. VIP passes are on offer for the winners as well as free holistic treatments. Poems will be judged and the winners announced in the Leader.

The closing date is midnight on July 6. Entries by email to [email protected] with the heading ‘Spirit of the Marsh Poetry Competition’ and the category entered, also your name, address and telephone number so that the organisers can contact the winner.
