Folk star heads to Trinity Arts

ACCLAIMED folk singer Vin Garbutt is heading to Gainsborough’s Trinity Arts Centre in the new year.

Regarded as a powerful, moving, warm, humane, inspired, funny and gut-wrenchingly honest star of the folk scene, Vin Garbutt is an international, award-winning, singer songwriter is completing his 42nd year on the road.

This year also saw the release of the biopic film Teesside Troubadour - documenting Vin’s life and career.

Back in 1972, he recorded his first album for Bill Leader - The Valley Of Tees.

This firmly established him as a singer and songwriter of fine socially conscious, and environmentally aware songs

Vin Garbutt will appear at Trinity Arts Centre, Gainsborough on Saturday 28th January.
