Now in its 15th year, the popular annual event offered free entry for the first time – and more ‘family-friendly’ attractions and entertainment.
Held on Boston Road Recreation Ground, visitors were kept entertained from 10am to 10pm with various fairground rides, live music, displays, a circus workshop, food stands and stalls, and a drinks tent.
This event was organised by Sleaford Town Council and SHOCK Sleaford.
Festival manager Neil Freeman said: “It was a very good day, nice and busy. This is the first year the festival has been free to attend, so things were a little different to previous years, with more family-friendly attractions.
"We must have had around 1,500 over the course of the 12 hours, with lots of good feedback from those who attended, including the traders. It was great to see so many people and the music line-up was well-received too.”
