Gainsborough man Damian and The Torn have O2 Academy dates

Gainsborough musician Damian Dalton-Smith is taking his sound to some of the biggest venues in the UK this weekend.

Damian, singer and guitarist is playing three gigs at the O2 Academys in Newcastle, Leeds and Glasgow on September 24, 25 and 26 respectively.

All three gigs are in support of The Enemy as part of their UK tour.

Doug Downes, manager of The Torn, said: “We were offered the gigs after The Enemy’s manager John Dawkins was impressed with The Torn’s stage performance.

“All the dates are sold out and The Torn are looking forward to the chance to play their original songs to a collective audience of more than 7,000.”

As well as Damian, The Torn consist of Nick Berry (guitar and vocals) Tay Taylor (bass and vocals) and Ben Mullins (drums).
