Gainsborough Transport Fest

HIGH-SPEED fun and games are on the cards as Gainsborough’s annual Transport Festival is set to take place this weekend.

This year, attractions include vintage and classic cars, motorbikes, scooters, minis, a mini-railway, tractors, brass band, local rock bands, stock cars, food and drink and stalls and even the opportunity to have a go on a segway.

“It’s going to be a great day out for all the family,” said Town Council Activities Officer Holly Parker. “I’m really excited about the segways myself, and hope to see a good turn out again.”

Gainsborough Transport Festival on takes plaec on Saturday 24th September from 11am – 4pm at Roses Sports Ground, North Warren, Gainsborough.
