Go on a flight of fantasy with Sinfonia Viva
Sinfonia Viva return to Lincoln Drill Hall this weekend with their concert Flights of Fantasy.
The concert will feature extracts from Weber’s Der Freischutz and Mendelssohn’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Both considered master classes in storytelling bravado, they b oth share magical realism, as well as a highly dramatic approach to issues such as feminism, relationships and love.
Sinfonia will tell them with help from Lincolnshire’s own SimonHollingworth.
The concert is on Sunday, June 19 at 3pm.
