The National Trust property, near Spilsby, will be visited by dozens of re-enactors on Monday.

They will mix with visitors, give dance demonstrations, have a period church service and pose for photographs.

Other activities will include harpsichord music in the dining room and a period picnic in the gardens.

There will also be admission to three floors of the historic house and eight-acre gardens. The tea room will serve drinks and cake throughout the day.

The day is free for National Trust members. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the gardens and grounds. The day starts at 11am and last admission to the house is 4pm.
