New agency gives boost to town

Last weekend saw the opening of a further new branch opening for Lovelle estate agencies group in Market Rasen, bringing their Lincolnshire network of estate agency branches to six.

The new offices are in Queen Street, the main road running through the town, and comes to the heels of the announcement of Market Rasen winning the much covenanted Mary Portas Pilots scheme.

The new Lovelle estate agency offices certainly will not disappoint and will bring fresh ideas to the property market in the Rasen district.

The main offices have been well laid out with a modern, bright and airy feel having customer lounge area, where you can take a

coffee and relax looking through the property portfolios available, with pleasant background music and also to have a positive thinking sales team on hand.

The sales team at Market Rasen is headed by familiar faces to Market Rasen, Craig Andrews and Caroline Bayram who had previous managed the Halifax Property Services in Market Rasen, before the national decision by the Halifax Bank to close or sell off the estate agency arm.

Craig join’s the Lovelle estate agency team with more than eight years experience in valuing property in Lincolnshire, whilst Caroline had worked in estate agency for more than 17 years for the Halifax and more latterly William H Brown.

Lovelle Estate Agency, founded by Jonathan Lovelle, is the region’s fastest growing customer focused estate agency chains with branches throughout Lincolnshire, following acquisitions and mergers with Peplock Price estate agency Scunthorpe, Bacons estate agents and surveyors in Grimsby and Cleethorpes, as well as Beardsley estate agents.

Lovelle estate is certainly a leading name in property.

“The Lovelle estate agency chain continues to enhance its services and commitment to providing cost effective and quality driven residential estate agency,” said Jonathan.

“Our new opening in Market Rasen we hope will further enhance enquiries to the area and the local property market, as the town is ideally for an easy commute to all major employment centres of Lincoln, Grimsby and the Humber Bank all being within 20 miles away and Humberside International airport only 15 miles away.

The services to be offered from the branch will include sale and
marketing of both residential and commercial property, property lettings,
professional survey and valuations from a team of seven Lincolnshire chartered surveyors and building
surveyors who also undertake
work such as boundary disputes,
compulsory purchase, stage
inspections for new build and conversion projects, landlord and tenant act, rating appeals and service charge management to name just some of the services.

Craig and Caroline can be contacted on 01673 844069.
