Snowdrops galore in store at village festival for church funds

St Helen’s Church in the village of Edlington, near Horncastle will once again he hosting its annual Snowdrop Festival next month.
Organised by the church committee, all proceeds from the festival go towards ongoing church repairs, to the tower and lower roof.
On Saturday, February 14 from 10am until 3pm, there will also be snowdrops around the village, to view and enjoy, local crafts exhibitors inside the church and a good tombola and raffle stall.
Light refreshments are available and although no charge, donations will be most welcome.
Kathie Birks, church warden said it is their major fund-raising event of the year.
