Live date for Newton Faulkner this weekend

The singer-songwriter burst on to the UK scene back in 2007 when his debut album, Built By Robots, topped the charts and sold a million copies.

Nine years later, he has just released his fifth studio album, Human Love, a very different sort of record with African rhythms, chanted choruses and some big hooks.

Support for his Engine Shed gig will come from Sound of the Sirens and Lauren Ryecroft.

He is at the venue on Saturday, October 8 at 7pm.
