In pictures: Sleaford Half Marathon and Fun Run 2019
Nearly 400 runners took part in Sleaford’s Half marathon and fun run on Sunday.
Starting and finishing at Eslaforde Park sports ground on Boston Road, the event is organised by members of Sleaford Striders athletics club.
After a quick circuit around Boston Road, the runners of all ages headed out into the surrounding countryside, taking in Kirkby la Thorpe, Evedon, Ewerby and Howell. A spokesman said: “We received magnificent verbal feedback and I have received an email from someone who declared our race to be the best they had ever entered. Whatever part you played in this success, feel proud that you made 300 runners very happy and 96 Fun Runners left with smiles on their faces.”
