Popular musical shown at Regal

WORKSOP Light Operatic Society are taking to the stage for their latest production Carousel.

Visitors to the show will be treated to a rare winter spectacle, meaning you don’t have to travel to Antarctic or Greenland to see snow in May.

Just head to the Regal on Carlton Road tonight to see nine snow children form part of the cast of this popular Rodgers and Hammerstein musical.

Featuring many well-known musical numbers including June Is Bustin’ Out All Over, If I Loved You and You’ll Never Walk Alone, the uplifting story includes romance, comedy and tragedy - before ending with a message of hope.

Most Popular

Angela Allen will star as Julie Jordan and Sarah Hemsall shall appear as Carrie Pipperide.

The show runs to Saturday 19th May and performance starts at 7pm each night. Tickets are £9 and £7.50 concessions.
