It has now developed into one of the largest live music and entertainments venues in Lincolnshire.
Across the years The Engine shed has hosted some of the biggest and best artists in the industry including Kings of Leon, Ben Howard, Sarah Millican and Fatboy Slim to name a few.
Hayley Jayne, from Lincoln University Students’ Union, said: “We’re really excited about the venue’s anniversary shows.
“It’s fantastic to be able to celebrate such a landmark.
We’re looking to bring back some of our favourite acts from across the years for these shows, and Russell Howard is perfect, especially as he was the first major touring act to play at the venue back in 2006”
Russell Howard will be at the venue on October 9. Tickets are £15 on 0844 8888766 or www.engineshed.co.uk
