Jason's Sourdough 'Breads of the World' available at ASDA

The range is made up of New York inspired White & Rye Sourdough with a pinch of Caraway Seeds, Baltic Inspired White Sourdough with Potato and a hint of Rosemary and Italian inspired Sundried Tomato and Basil Sourdough Flatbread.

Available in three flavours, the new loaves are said to change the way we know Sourdough. Once tried you won’t go back to boring bread, Asda says.

Breads of the World - New York Inspired: The classic White & Rye Sourdough with added Caraway Seeds is perfect paired with pastrami and Emmental for a taste of the real New York deli sandwich.

Breads of the World - Baltics Inspired: Baltic influences meet sourdough with this innovative White Sourdough potato loaf, which has a hint of rosemary is perfect for accompanying soups and stews.

Breads of the World - Italian Inspired Tear & Share brings the sunshine to the table. This Mediterranean inspired flatbread brings together the classic Sundried Tomato and Basil combination. It is ideal for serving with your favourite pasta dishes and can be eaten hot or cold.

Each of the loaves are slow proved over 24 hours, typical of artisanal sourdough. As with all Jason’s breads, the new range is free from added sugars, preservatives and additives - perfect for those looking for great tasting bread made up of minimal ingredients.
