The company is based at Trinity Arts Centre in the town and is made up of people who have lived with mental health issues.

Stepping Stones are service users, carers, mental health workers, friends and families.

Their first show, Confessions of Me, was a huge success.

In A Nutshell is a cabaret style show with sketches, monologues, and vignettes.

All the stories are based on members’ personal experiences.

And they are all written and performed by the company,

The show is guaranteed to be very powerful and touching, but also funny and tender.

It is at Trinity Arts Centre on Saturday, November 19 at 7.30pm.
