A leading spa on the borders of Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire has announced exclusive spa hire and private staycations as it plans to reopen following the lockdown.

Ye Olde Bell, in Barnby Moor, near Retford, is launching the new services so guests can enjoy a spa and stay exclusively within their group –adhering to social distancing measures.

A spokesman for the spa and hotel said it will follow all government guidelines and there will be strict policies in place to ensure the safety of guests.

For those wanting to stay in a group, Ye Olde Bell’s modern lodges and courtyard rooms can be hired exclusively, meaning family and friends can practice safe social distancing. There will be a shared outside communal space, where they can enjoy food and drinks.

The lodges feature small kitchenettes, but for those not wanting to cook, dinner can be set up alfresco in the courtyard or the hotel can arrange private dining within one of its suites, owners said.

The main restaurants will re-open on July, 4 in accordance with guidelines, and its established grounds with beautifully manicured English gardens, can also be used for socially distanced alfresco dining.

Ye Olde Bell will be accepting bookings from July for dining and August, 2020 for spa and stay. Prices for spa evenings start from £2,800, day hire, including lunch starts from £4,500. Prices for stays start from £55 per person.
