A spokesman for The Baths Hall said they were delighted to host the show on Sunday 22nd July.

“That’ll Be The Day has been touring for a quarter of a century and remains incredibly popular,” he said.

“It’s a great family show with a party atmosphere and I’m sure it will have guests dancing in the aisles.”

Show writer and producer Trevor Payne is constantly looking for new ideas to make the show bigger and better each year.

Brought up in Worthing, Trevor and his band supported many 60s groups and the local hop and was inspired to get into music himself.

Touring with Medium Wave Band led to trio Fizzical, playing holiday camps, theatres and extensive overseas work.

From this grew That’ll Be The Day and the move into theatres and concert halls heralded a record breaking 24 years on the road.

The show comes to The Baths Hall, Scunthorpe on Sunday, 22 July.
