And we have a pair of tickets to give away for the show at the Baths Hall in Scunthorpe on November 20.

This year’s tour is a special one as it marks the 50th anniversary of the legendary folk-rock duo recorded their first number one hit, The Sound of Silence.

Following it’s West End success at the Leicester Square Theatre in London, The Simon and Garfunkel Story is currently the biggest and the most successful international touring theatre show celebrating the lives and careers of Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel and their ground-breaking partnership.

The show stars seasoned West End leading man Greg Clarke as Paul Simon.

Greg has a wealth of experience in London’s West End playing leading roles in hit shows like Chess, Woman In White and The Witches of Eastwick.

Meanwhile, playing Art Garfunkel is Joe Sterling, who was most recently seeen playing Buddy Holly in Buddy Holly and the Cricketers’ UK tour.

They are joined by a full cast of talented actor- musicians.

The show is written by Dean Elliott who has also enjoyed West End success as a performer, playing Buddy Holly in Buddy – The Musical at the Duchess Theatre for two years.

The Simon and Garfunkel Story takes you back through the time to where is all began for the pair in the 1960s.

It tells the story of both Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel from their humble beginnings as rock & roll duo Tom and Jerry, right through to their massive success and dramatic break-up before finishing with a stunning recreation of their legendary 1981 Central Park reformation concert.

Using a huge projection screen, the show features 1960’s photos and film footage whilst a full live band perform all the classic hits, including Mrs Robinson, The Boxer, Cecilia, Bridge Over Troubled Water, Homeward Bound, The Sound of Silence, and many more.
