All Saints Parish Church Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Church Street, Gainsborough was given the maximum score after assessment on June 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of West Lindsey's 123 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 99 (80%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
