The Blue Cow, a pub, bar or nightclub at 29 High Street, South Witham, Lincolnshire was given the score after assessment on June 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of South Kesteven's 125 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 100 (80%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
