A South Kesteven restaurant has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Maharanis Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 23 Bridge Street, Deeping St James, Lincolnshire was given the maximum score after assessment on April 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of South Kesteven's 194 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 161 (83%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
