An East Lindsey restaurant has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Dragons Lair Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Fantasy Island, Sea Lane, Ingoldmells Skegness was given the score after assessment on June 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of East Lindsey's 455 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 390 (86%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
