Accused of assaults...

A WORKSOP man accused of attacking his next door neighbours, will appear at Nottingham Crown Court today.

Christopher Browne, 43, appeared before a judge at Nottingham Crown Court last Thursday.

The allegations he faces are of assaulting 57 year-old Frank Herrick and his wife Maureen, 61, in Netherton Road, Worksop.

The alleged incident happened earlier this year on 9th May 2012.

Judge James Sampson bailed Browne, who now lives in Mill Gardens, until 12th October when the level of the charges will be determined.
