Activity day at village library
The recently-held event was the first activity day at the facility, in High Street, since it re-opened under community control in March.
It was divided into two sessions, one for children aged three to five, another for those aged six to 10.

Youngsters also had fun making treasure chests, jelly fish, and collages.
The Co-op in Donington donated funds to provide refreshments.
Library volunteer Ann Seymour said: “The children thoroughly enjoyed it.
“We are planning another activity day for October which will be Halloween-themed.”
