Agricultural machinery stolen from display trailer at Revesby Show

A display trailer ready for the Revesby Show last weekend had a number of items worth £2,000 stolen from it after it was entered by force.

The force said that between midday on Saturday, August 1, and 7.30am the following morning, the trailer, which was parked up overnight at the Revesby Estate was entered by force.

A number of items were stolen including a Viking LB540 Scarifier, Stihl HS45 Hedgetrimmer, Viking B545VR lawnmower, two New Holland ride on pedal tractors and a trailer.

They added a cash tin and four tractor keys.

The theft is worth in the region of £2000.

Anyone with information should call PC Dave Eldridge at Horncastle Police Station, quoting incident number 126 of August 2.
