Anti-social behaviour injunction

Bassetlaw Council has obtained an Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction.

The order against Nigel Bradford was granted by a District Judge at Mansfield Magistrates Court following various incidents including throwing stones, shouting abuse and a threat of violence.

It means he is forbidden from Radford Street in Worksop until 4pm on 1st June next year. He was also ordered to pay £244.50 court costs.

A council spokesman said: “Anti-social behaviour can have a significant detrimental impact on a person’s quality of life.”

“Bassetlaw Council will not tolerate anti-social behaviour and will actively pursue those responsible.”
