Appeal after biker hurt in Worksop crash

A MOTORCYCLIST was seriously hurt in a crash in Worksop over the weekend.

Police are now appealing for witnesses who may have seen the crash on Kilton Road on Sunday 30th December.

The accident happened at around 7.30am.

A green Kawasaki 650cc trials-style motorbike crashed as it was travelling along Kilton Road from the direction of Cheapside towards Eastgate.

The 26-year-old rider was taken to hospital in Doncaster where he is in a serious condition.

Anyone who saw the bike just before it crashed should contact Notts Police’s crash investigation unit on 101, extension 800 2225.
