The Fund’s panel is also keen to help individuals, who can apply for up to £500 so they can buy equipment (wheelchairs, medical aids, etc), pay for transport, travel, or support costs not provided by statutory bodies.

The Fund’s aim is to promote health and wellbeing for the residents of Horncastle (the principal area of benefit) and surrounding district of East Lindsey. Previous successful applicants include Barnes Wallis Young Carers, Sellwood Gardens Memory Support Group, Headway Lincolnshire, Coffee Plus, Stanhope Hall, and Horncastle Luncheon Club.
