Auction for tragic Kevin’s family

GENEROUS Langold folk will be bidding high on Saturday 19th November at an auction in aid of Kevin Fagan’s family.

Kevin died after a tragic accident at his home last month.

Family friend Florence Batey and her daughter Jaki Reed have got their hands on some brilliant prizes to auction off at the Pocket Bar on Doncaster Road.

They include caravan storage worth £300, fishing and golfing prizes, a child’s bike, jewellery, manicures, gym memberships, shopping vouchers, and even a night’s stay at the Charnwood Hotel.

“All the local businesses have been so generous giving us these auction prizes,” said Jaki.

“I think everyone just feels so awful for Kevin’s partner Lesley and their boys.”

“We want the proceeds to pay for a holiday for the family and towards the kids’ futures.”

The auction will take place from 6pm. Everyone is welcome.
