Author helps celebrate arts week at school

David is also a poet, and spent time with all year groups teaching children about his poems and songs.

A spokesman from the school said: “He inspired the children with his skills and they have produced some excellent writing from their experiences with him.

“The children had lots of fun and giggles, and have been really inspired with his work about dinosaurs to what happens in the staff room.”

David also did a book signing at the end of the day, for pupils to buy his books to take home and read.
