Barlborough: Young musicians join unique musical showcase
Young musicians from Barlborough Hall School joined forces with pupils at Mount St Mary’s College to perform a musical extravaganza together for the first time in its shared 170 year history.
The 250 junior and senior pupils performed for families and friends at Mount St Mary’s over two evenings.
Headteacher Nic Boys said: “As music is such an important part of the co-curricular programme offered at both Barlborough Hall and Mount St Mary’s, it is no surprise that so many of our students, even as young as four years of age, were really looking forward with much anticipation to the showcase.”
