Bassetlaw: Good news for budding musicians as free music business sessions launched as part of council project
Following the success of the last session, which featured former Oasis mentor and founder of Creation Records Alan McGee, the MIB project has again lined up a music industry expert to pass on invaluable knowledge to local musicians.

Hide AdJuly’s event will be presented by online marketing expert David Kerindi, who has spent the last 20 years designing and developing specific internet marketing platforms and strategies across a range of diverse sectors.
Maurice Mulligan, Music Project Officer, said: “The seminar will show our participants how to develop and design their own online marketing platforms and by the end of the session will have set-up and launched their own profiles with recordings ready for sale on the internet.”
Participants are encouraged to bring along their regular means of online communication including smartphones, tablets and laptops, although there will be PCs in the training rooms for use.

Hide AdThey are also asked to bring a selection of original media; including music and images as well as any related artwork, logos, clips or MP4 files.
