Bassetlaw: Hospital wins national award

Bassetlaw Hospital’s Assessment & Treatment Centre has won a national award.

The centre, which provides care for acutely unwell patients, won the Best in Partnership Working Award at a conference organised by NHS England and NHS Improving Quality in Birmingham.

Congratulating the hospital, Bassetlaw MP John Mann said: “It is crucial that patients at Bassetlaw receive the same quality of care, no matter what day of the week they are taken ill.”

“This is being achieved by adopting pioneering working practices and I am delighted that the hospital’s excellent work has been recognised with this award.”
