Jamie Patrick Lee, 23, George Street, Worksop. Found in Priory Shopping Centre for an unlawful purpose, namely to commit theft, and theft of prescriptiondrugs from Doncaster and Bassetlaw Primary Care Trust. Sentenced to a total of 12 weeks in prison.

Martin Thomas Hart, 33, Queen Street, Worksop. Theft of wheelbarrow from Worksop on 23rd March. Community order for a year and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge.

Daniel Nixon, 19, Millfield View, Worksop. Dishoneslty received stolen goods, a Specialized Hard Rock Bike, to the value of £150. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £100 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Jamie Stephen Clarke, 21, no fixed abode. Two offences of attempting to steal an unknown item in Harworth on 9th April. Prison sentence for 16 weeks.

Natasha Alice Grant, 33, Garside Street, Worksop. Theft of two joints of topside beef from Marks and Spencer to the value of £20.61. Community order made for 12 months and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge.

Matthew Morris, 42, Ely Close, Worksop. Damaged the handset inside a telephone box to the value of £116. Compensation to cover the cost of the damage.

Ryck Cockwood, 21, Lead Hill, Worksop. Damaged a vehicle to an unknown value. Community order for four months with a curfew, ordered to pay £250 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge.

Gary John Frederick Moore, 60, Long Lane, Carlton. Drove in excess of 30mph speed limit. Fined £100, ordered to pay £85 court costs and £15 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with three penalty points.

Paul Hoey, 32, Cemetery Road, Worksop. Drove a motor vehicle without insurance policy in place. Case proved in absence. Fined £600, ordered to pay £85 court costs and £15 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Andrew David Williams, 64, Third Avenue, Edwinstowe. Drove in excess of 50mph speed limit. Fined £180, ordered to pay £85 court costs and £15 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Ashley Martin Taylor, Top Street, North Wheatley, near Retford. Drove in excess of 50mph speed limit. Fined £45 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. Driving licence endorsed with three penalty points.

Richard John Francis Smalley, 52, Magpie Lane, Habblesthorpe, Retford. weeks Drink driving in North Leverton. Fined for £350, disqualified from driving for 18 months, licence endorsed, ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £35 victim surcharge.

Sandra Mary Barton, 51, West Hill Road, Retford. Drink driving in Retford. Fined £100, disqualified from driving for 12 months, licence endorsed, ordered to pay £45 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Gary Thomas Jordan, 51, Rampton Hospital. Three offences of assault in Retford. Conditional discharge for 18 months, ordered to pay £1,300 compensation and £85 court costs.

Danielle Bree Kirk, 24, Larwood Avenue, Worksop. Asssaulting a PCSO in the execution of his duty, assaulting a PC and being drunk and disorderly. Community order for 12 months, ordered to pay £100 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge.

Felicity Ruth Evans, 23, Netherton Road, Worksop. Assault in Worksop on 16th March. Community order for 12 months with three month curfew and 12 month exclusion order, ordered to pay £50 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge.

Jonathon McGrath, 24, Silverdale Close, Retford. On 22nd December 2012 at Mansfield tendered as genuine a £20 which you knew or believed to be a counterfeit, breach of restraining order and community order. Prison sentence for 32 weeks.
