BEM for former West Lindsey District Council chairman
A former chairman of West Lindsey District Council, Irmgard Parrott, has been awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) in the Queen's Birthday Honours List.
Coun Parrott has also served as a parish councillor and has chaired the Women’s Institute Federation.
