Blue badge
ROTHERHAM Council is continuing its blue badge fraud prosecution.
Allsion Coupland, 54, of Droppingwell Farm Close, Kimberworth, was fined by Rotherham magistrates last month.
Coupland admitted using her mother’s blue badge to park her car in a designated disabled parking bay, even thought her mother was not present at the time.
