Blue badge
A MALTBY woman has been prosecuted for blue badge fraud.
Emma Gaffney, 38, of Ascension Mews, pleaded guilty by post to using her daughter’s blue badge to park her vehicle in a designated disabled bay on Drummond Street whilst her daughter was not present.
She was ordered to pay a total of £75 including a fine.
