Blyton: Police seek man on quad bike in connection with post office robbery

Police investigating the robbery of a mobile post office on the High Street in Blyton, Gainsborough, on January 6th have issued an updated witness appeal.

Officers are keen to trace a man seen riding a quad bike on Sandbeck Lane between 9.15am and 9.30am on the morning of the 6th. The man drove from the bottom of the lane up to towards the High Street and returned about 15 minutes later.

Police would like to speak to this man to see if he can assist with the enquiry and are also keen to hear from any other people who may have seen a quad-bike in the vicinity of the village at this time.

Two men arrested on suspicion of robbery in connection with the incident remain on police bail.
