Bomber County concert for Wings Appeal

The next major event for the Cranwell branch of the RAF Association is a Bomber County charity concert at St George's Academy, Westgate in Sleaford on Saturday, March 11.

Under the Director of Music Jim McQuade, Sleaford Concert Band will perform a concert from 7-10pm.

Tickets are £7.50 and can be obtained from the Arcade Cobbler in Bristol Arcade, Hockmeyer Motors, F Troops & Son of Leadenham or the Spar shop close to RAF College Cranwell.

Profits will go to the national RAF Wings Appeal charity. This provides help and support to serving and veterans of the RAF and their dependants in a range of needs.

Members of Cranwell RAFA also thank the Sleaford Aldi store for allowing the branch to start their charity collection in the store and thank customers who donated, more than £300 on a busy Saturday.
