Boston IBC teams beaten in nationals
Boston Indoor Bowling Club had a frustrating time in the national competitions.
The ladies’s Yetton Trophy team were beaten 66-83 overall by Lincoln and while the men’s Denny Cup team fell to Horncastle 71-72.
Both teams will now play in the Plate, with the ladies against Skegness and the men against Scunthorpe, both this Saturday.
In county matches, The ladies’ Trudy Bates team travelled to Skegness and won 12 points and the men’s A team were away at Spalding and triumphed 14-4.
